• Find out if it has been processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• The right to know the purpose of data processing and whether the data is being used in accordance with that purpose
• Knowing which third parties the data is transferred to, whether domestically or abroad
• Request a correction if it was processed incompletely or incorrectly
• Request that it be deleted or destroyed
• Request that individuals to whom corrections or deletions have been communicated be notified

You can submit your application, along with information verifying your identity, through the following methods:

• In writing (with a wet signature): in person or through a notary public to the company address listed below.
• From the email address E-posta: registered in our system to info@atasa.tr.

• First name, last name, and signature (if the application is in writing)
• Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals: passport number/nationality and ID number)
• Address for service of process, email address (if any), and phone number
• Subject of your request

Your application will be processed within as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of your request. No fee will be charged if the process does not involve any additional costs, subject to the exceptions specified in the fee schedule established by the Board.

Certain processing activities (e.g., commercial electronic communications/notifications, marketing cookies, transfers requiring explicit consent) are carried out only by with your express consent. You may withdraw the explicit consent you have provided at any time; such withdrawal does not affect processing activities carried out up to the time of withdrawal. You can update your cookie preferences via the “Tercihler” panel on the website.

If we become aware that your personal data has been subject to unauthorized access, we will make the necessary notifications within the timeframe prescribed by applicable law (to the Board as soon as possible) and inform the affected individuals.
