Legal Basis: Article 12

Pursuant to Article 12 of the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901, foreign nationals who have resided in Turkey for at least 50 jobs, as determined by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, may acquire Turkish citizenship by presidential decree.

Employment Requirement
