Personal Data Retention and Disposal Policy

Your personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was processed and for the periods specified by applicable laws. When the purpose no longer applies or the legal retention period expires, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Personal data belonging to customers and applicants Located in Turkey is stored in secure systems with restricted access. This data is not processed is not transferred abroad or on servers located outside the country. The data is not stored on personal devices, personal email accounts, or messaging/social media apps.

• Application/process files: During the term of the employment relationship and for the period required by applicable law following its termination.
• Contracts and financial records (invoices, etc.): In accordance with the relevant tax and commercial laws (generally 10 years).
• Contact form / request records: Until the claim is resolved and for a reasonable follow-up period.

The mandatory retention periods required by law shall apply; these periods are not limited to those listed in the table.

For data processed on behalf of a corporate customer (in the capacity of a data processor), upon termination of the business relationship or upon request, the data is either returned or securely destroyed, at the discretion of the relevant data controller. Once the destruction process is complete, a destruction report is issued.

Personal data for which the retention period has expired is identified during periodic destruction processes and destroyed using the methods described above.
