Generally, 5 years of uninterrupted residence are required to obtain Turkish citizenship. Enter the periods you have spent in Turkey in chronological order; you can see separately whether each one counts toward the requirement.

The calculation is based on the rules regarding the length of residence set forth in the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901, its Implementing Regulation, and the Law on Foreigners and International Protection No. 6458.
